1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the World’s Largest Junk Removal Company, is growing and looking for new team members to join our Vancouver Island team!

We’re a fast-paced, fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items—responsibly. We do it like no one else, with professional, on-time service and friendly, uniformed team members.

This role is based in Duncan, BC, with the opportunity to pick up shifts at our Langford and Nanaimo branch locations, allowing motivated team members to maximize available hours and earnings.

Position Details

Full-Time & Part-Time available
One weekend shift required weekly
Operating hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Compressed workweeks available (full-time hours in 4 days)
Expected pay: $25–$30/hour (base wage + profit share + tips, all-in)

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering outstanding customer service by building rapport with customers on-site
Driving to local homes and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items
Lifting and removing items (ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly)
Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every shift
Establishing the value of our service and completing jobs on-site
Representing the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with pride

What We’re Looking For

A great attitude—customer service experience is an asset but not required
19+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
A team player who enjoys meeting and helping new people every day
Goal-oriented, motivated, and reliable
Comfortable with physical work and challenges
Strong communication skills
Energetic and physically fit
Previous experience in sales, customer service, driving, or general labour is an asset (but not required)

Additional Requirements

Must currently reside in Canada
(All out-of-country applicants will be rejected)

Base pay $18/hr with expected total compensation inclusive of tips and bonuses $25-$30/hr.
