This is a hands-on role where you’ll help people in your community get rid of unwanted items — responsibly and professionally — while gaining real-world experience in customer service, sales, teamwork, and time management.

Full-Time & Part-Time available
One weekend shift required weekly
Operating hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Expected total pay: $25–$30/hour (base wage + profit share + tips)
Base pay: $18/hour
Delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers on-site
Working with a truck team to remove items from homes and businesses
Lifting and carrying items (50–75 lbs repeatedly)
Explaining the value of our service and completing jobs on-site
Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift
Representing the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with pride
A positive attitude (no experience required — we train you!)
19+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with physical work
Strong communication skills
Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
Experience in customer service, sales, driving, or general labour is an asset — but absolutely not required.
Must currently reside in Canada on the island
